Job Description:

1. Determine the most effective delivery methods and applicable training instruments for the young leaders to achieve the training objective and measurable outcomes, including appropriate adult learning techniques (interactive approach, short lectures, group work discussions, case studies, etc.).

3. Adhere to the timelines of the training duration;

4. Design and deliver the training according to TOR, with the following main topics to be covered:

Maximizing potential

Authentic Leadership
Media Relation
Exercising leadership
Accessing power
Presence and visibility
Influence and connection
Powerful conversations
Cultural capability
Courage and conviction
Building networks for the future
Visions of and for leadership
Getting ahead (syndicate exercise)

5. Prepare the training report as foreseen in the TOR.

6. Develop training materials

7. Conduct evaluation of the training, assess objective achievements and document lesson learnt

8. promotes the vision, mission and strategic goals of the AWN;


Working Days:

The consultant is expected to work 30 working days divided as follows:

Job Requirements:

University Degree in business administration, International Relations or related discipline
Previous Skills in leadership and coaching
Experience in designing developing, providing and evaluation training and training materials
Ability to provide value-added insight to the training theme
Outstanding presentation skills
Excellent team player education
Very good planning and time management skills
Proficiency in written English and, excellent report writing, and communication skills
Very good knowledge on issues of leadership and management, etc
Demonstrated experience in developing tools and delivering training
Proven and similar experience as a trainer/with leadership and management
Expertise in young learning methodologies
